마이크로필터는 약 20여 년간의 축적된 기술 및 노하우를 바탕으로 ‘Carbon Block’, ‘UF Membrane’,

‘Industrial Sediment’를 자체 생산하여 사업 영역을 확대해 나가고 있습니다.

1) Carbon Block

Global 업체에서 적용하고 있는 압출(Extrusion) 방식을 적용한 카본블록 연속 제조 공정을 통하여,

품질 균일성 확보, 전수 검사를 통하여 품질의 안정성을 확보하였습니다. 높은 강도와 깔끔한 외관은

운송과정 중 발생되는 분진 탈리현상 및 파손을 방지합니다.

또한, 플러싱 없이 사용 가능할 정도로 낮은 초기 미분을 확보하고 있어 고객 편의를 더하였습니다.

2) UF Membrane

UF Membrane은 중공사막을 가르키는 말로 실 안쪽 속이 비어있는 막 입니다. 필터를 열면 실 뭉치

가 있는 것을 확인 하실수 있으며, 실 한올한올이 필터의 역할을 하게 됩니다. 마이크로필터의 UF

Membrane은 중공사막 제조 시 인체에 무해한 유기산을 사용하여, 더욱 안전하고 우수한

여과성능을 갖추게 되었습니다. 또한 더욱 안전한 물을 원하는 고객의 요구를 받아들여 30nm의

Virus를 제거하는 중공사막을 개발하였습니다.

3) Industrial Cartridge Filter

마이크로필터의 산업용 필터는 반도체용 CMP, chemical 필터, 식음료용 필터 등 산업 전반의

수처리필터 제품을 공급하고 있습니다. 마이크로필터 산업용 필터는 마이크로필터 만의 독자적인

기술을 활용하여 효율이 우수하면서도 유량이 풍부한 장점을 가지고 있습니다. 또한 고객의 요구에

발 맞춰 다양한 형태와 특수 Membrane의 제품군을 보유하고 있습니다.
